Throughout the Design Process of designing a client’s dream home and landscape, clients will receive the following services:

  • Site Analysis

  • Code Analysis

  • Zoning Analysis

  • Sustainability Analysis

  • Preliminary designs of floor plans and elevations

  • 3D Modeling

  • 3D Rendering

  • Construction Documents (often referred to as the plans; historically referred to as blueprints)

  • In-house meetings with clients, contractors, and other design professionals (ex. interior designers)
