The Divide in Blanco - Speculative Home Design - Blanco, Texas

The project consists of design for 2 homes, both with an estimated 3,250 s.f. at The Divide development in Blanco, TX.  Primary Spaces of the homes include Living, Dining, Kitchen; Master Suite (Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Master Closet); and 2 additional bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms.  Secondary Spaces of the homes include Mud Room; Laundry Room; Flex Room (could be for exercise, craft, secondary office, etc.); Office; Walk-in Pantry; and Powder Bath.  Outdoor Spaces of the home include a Covered Front Porch; Covered Back Porch; and a 2-Car Carport.  Special thought and consideration will be given to: the slope of the site, the views out from the property to the Texas Hill Country beyond, the idea of creating a Homestead, and the subsequent costs of each design decision to create an excellent home within the allocated budget.
