Lake McQueeney Residence - Seguin, Texas

The Lake McQueeney Residence occupies a sixty-five-foot frontage of Lake McQueeney with stunning views northeast towards the lower Guadalupe River, and southwest towards the lake.  The 1980’s home has been well used and is ready for an upgrade.

The project consists of design for (1) the renovation of the existing 3,300 s.f. home, (2) renovation and rebuilding of 2 prominent outdoor deck areas near the lakefront, and (3) design for a new landscape.

Additional Home Features: Original sandstone columns, 2-sided stone fireplace with step down hearth into dropped living room, large bookshelf wall set into existing stone wall in library, creative placement of new bar and kitchen, hvac update and insulation overhauling to improve energy efficiency and human comfort.
